BEQ Terms of Use (“Terms”)
These Terms govern your use of beqsystem.com (“website”) and its booking functions. They do not govern physical participation in a BEQ assessment. Before an assessment, the player and, where applicable, a parent or legal guardian will receive separate assessment terms, privacy information and a Safety Waiver.

2. Using the website
You may browse the website, review information about BEQ and use the available links and booking functions for personal, lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, copy or commercially exploit website content, or use the website in a way that infringes another person's rights.
3. Information on the website
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but availability, locations, dates, prices and service descriptions may change. General information on the website is not medical advice and does not guarantee any sporting, health or performance result. The details displayed in the booking process and booking confirmation apply to the selected appointment.
4. Making a booking
BEQ assessments are intended for players aged 10 and older. To request an appointment, you must provide accurate and current information. A booking is confirmed only when you receive booking confirmation from BEQ. Where payment is required, it must be successfully completed before the booking is confirmed. Before completing the booking, you will be able to review the selected service, location, date, time, price and applicable cancellation conditions.
If the player is a minor under the law of the service location, the booking must be made by the player's parent or legal guardian using the adult's email address. The adult confirms that they are authorized to provide the player's name and date of birth and to arrange the appointment. Further consents required for the assessment will be collected separately.
Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals and refunds are governed by the BEQ Cancellation Policy available on the website and presented during the booking process.
5. Intellectual property
The BEQ name, logo, website design, text, graphics, videos, methods and other website content are owned by or licensed to BEQ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website and make reasonable personal copies of booking information. No other right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially use the content is granted without our prior written permission.
6. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or use third-party services, including booking, map, video or payment services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. BEQ is not responsible for unrelated third-party websites or content that it does not control.
7. Availability and responsibility
We may update, suspend or withdraw website functions for maintenance, security or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by law, BEQ is not responsible for temporary website unavailability or for indirect loss caused solely by use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our cookie banner allows you to Accept, Reject or Manage optional analytics cookies. Essential website technologies remain active where needed for the website and consent controls to function.
9. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Slovak law. However, this choice does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections available under the laws that apply in their place of residence or in the location where the booked services are provided, including applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect bookings already confirmed, unless required by law or agreed with you. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
